About Us

We are a construction company based in Guiguinto, Bulacan, near the Plaridel Bypass, specializing in the development and construction of industrial warehouses and commercial facilities. We are currently hiring a Civil Engineer (Entry-Level) to support the successful execution of our ongoing project.

Position Overview

We are seeking an Entry-Level Civil Engineer to assist in the monitoring and supervision of an ongoing industrial warehouse construction project. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who want hands-on experience in construction site supervision and project management. This position is assigned to a single project site only. There will be no rotation to multiple sites and no requirement to travel to other project locations.

The successful candidate will work directly with company management to monitor construction activities, track project progress, and ensure that work is executed according to plans, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily construction activities on the assigned project site.

• Track and report project progress, accomplishments, delays, and site issues to management.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with project requirements.

• Assist management in overseeing project timelines, milestones, and site productivity.

• Review construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications as needed.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Assist in project documentation, record keeping, and site reporting requirements.

• Monitor on-site material usage and construction activities.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety policies, and site regulations.

• Support management in addressing and resolving site-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• PRC License is preferred but not required.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of construction methods and engineering principles.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

• AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage but not required.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and willingness to learn.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Willing to work full-time on-site in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
