E-Commerce Associate

Job Summary

The E-Commerce Associate is responsible for providing administrative support to the e-commerce team by managing product-related requests, monitoring platform concerns, processing return disputes and claims, updating sales data, and maintaining accurate product information across online marketplaces. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and supports the overall efficiency of e-commerce activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle platform return disputes and coordinate with marketplace representatives to ensure timely resolution.

  • Process and submit product claims, refunds, and other platform-related documentation.

  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  • Coordinate product requests with internal departments, external agencies, and other stakeholders.

  • Monitor and track product ratings and customer feedback, escalating concerns when necessary.

  • Upload new products and maintain accurate product information across e-commerce platforms.

  • Update product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory information as needed.

  • Assist in monitoring marketplace compliance requirements and platform announcements.

  • Maintain organized records of transactions, claims, disputes, and product documentation.

  • Coordinate with Warehouse, Marketing, Customer Service, and other departments regarding e-commerce requirements.

  • Perform data entry, documentation, and administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related field.

  • At least 1 year of administrative, e-commerce, or marketplace support experience is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
