Junior Flutter Developer

About the Role

​We are an early-stage tech startup building an exciting, dual-app peer-to-peer (P2P) services e-commerce platform in the Philippines. As we scale our development, we are looking for a focused, collaborative Mobile App Developer with a solid foundation in Flutter and Dart to join our core team.

​In this role, you won't just be a small cog in a massive machine. You will work directly alongside our Lead Flutter Developer, taking functional UI/UX designs and feature specs and turning them into clean, high-performance mobile features. ​What You’ll Do

​Feature Execution: Build, test, and deploy crisp, responsive user interfaces and complex workflows across both our provider and customer applications.

​API Integration: Collaborate with backend systems to implement robust RESTful APIs, data sync, and local storage solutions.

​State Management: Write maintainable, predictable code using standard state management solutions (e.g., Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider).

​Maintain & Optimize: Identify performance bottlenecks, squash bugs, and optimize app responsiveness to ensure a fluid user experience on both iOS and Android.

​What We’re Looking For

​The Sweet Spot: At least 2 years of professional software development experience, with a heavy focus on cross-platform mobile development using Flutter & Dart.

​Portfolio: A proven track record of shipping apps—ideally with at least one or two functional apps published in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

​Solid Foundations: Good understanding of mobile UI/UX layouts, asynchronous programming, and handling native device features.

​Tooling: Proficient with Git version control and familiar with mobile deployment workflows.

​Mindset: A proactive problem solver who takes feedback well, communicates clearly, and thrives in a nimble startup environment.
