Digital Marketing Manager
Job Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing — ideally in ICT, technology solutions, or a VAR/MSP/MSSP company in the Philippines
• Familiarity with Odoo or a similar CRM platform — understanding of CRM data architecture, marketing automation,and campaign management
• Deep understanding of Philippine B2B buying behavior across banking, government, infrastructure, and enterprise sectors
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a full-stack marketing operation — strategy through execution, not just one channel
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns — email, social media, SEO, events, content, and paid digital
• Proficiency in SEO / AEO / GEO strategy and implementation with a proven keyword ranking track record
• Experience with AI-assisted marketing tools — content generation, campaign optimization, data analysis, and lead scoring
• Strong data and analytics skills — able to build performance dashboards and present to VP / GM level
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills — able to write compelling content for technical ICT audiences in the Philippines
• Familiarity with PhilGEPS, government procurement marketing, and BSP regulatory compliance campaigns — strong advantage
• Vendor co-marketing experience (HP, Lenovo, Dell partner programs) — strong advantage
• Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Jasper AI, or equivalent AI marketing tools — strong advantage
Core Responsibilities
CRM and Marketing Operations:
→ Own, manage, audit, and continuously optimize the Odoo CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales, and Subscription modules —ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency across all four SIMS pillars
→ Conduct database cleansing, segmentation, enrichment, and analysis to improve lead quality, customer profiling, and accounttargeting
→ Design and implement automated marketing workflows, lead nurturing programs, customer lifecycle campaigns, and account-based marketing initiatives
→ Identify and develop cross-selling, upselling, and customer expansion opportunities by analyzing client accounts, transaction history, and service utilization Campaign Management — All Four SIMS Pillars:
→ Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for VAR hardware, SI project engagements, MSP subscriptions, and MSSP cybersecurity programs
→ Manage vendor co-marketing with certified brand partners (HP Amplify, Lenovo 360, Dell, Acer, ASUS, Apple) — including MDF management, joint campaigns, and co-branded materials
→ Plan, promote, and execute IXS events — ensuring all attendees are captured in the CRM pipeline as qualified leads with proper SIMS pillar tagging
→ Manage IXS brand presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and ixs.com.ph — content calendar management, posting, community management, and paid promotion Digital Presence and SEO:
→ Lead the IXS website SEO architecture — creating pillar-specific keyword-optimized service pages for each of the four SIMS capabilities
→ Implement and maintain SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies
→ Commission and manage the technical SEO audit of ixs.com.ph in Month 1 — establishing baseline rankings for all priority service keywords Content Direction and Thought Leadership:
→ Direct the Marketing Content Specialist — assign content priorities by pillar, review all content against the Brand Voice Guide, maintain the Master Content Library
→ Collaborate with Technical, Sales, and Management teams to translate ICT solutions into case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and digital content
→ Produce the monthly Philippine Cyber Threat Intelligence Report positioning IXS as thought leader in the MSSP space Performance Reporting and AI Tools:
→ Build and maintain the IXS Marketing Performance Dashboard — reporting qualified leads, pipeline contribution, CAC, LTV, and channel performance per SIMS pillar monthly
→ Deploy and manage AI marketing tools — content generation (Jasper AI / Copy.ai), SEO intelligence (SEMrush / Ahrefs), and four-pillar lead scoring model
→ Monitor and report on all marketing KPIs: cost per lead, qualified leads per month, LinkedIn follower growth, email performance, and SEO keyword rankings
→ Ensure compliance with RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act), IXS information security standards, and all applicable marketing and customer data regulations
