About the opportunity
Join QIAGEN’s Global Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in attracting top talent to support our mission of improving life through science. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will manage end-to-end hiring processes across diverse functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver an outstanding candidate experience. You will act as a trusted advisor, using data-driven insights and market knowledge to drive effective hiring strategies in a dynamic, international environment.
Your tasks include- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from intake to offer, across multiple roles and functions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview approaches
- Proactively source and engage qualified candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn and talent pipelines
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
- Use recruitment data and market insights to guide decision-making and improve hiring outcomes
- Collaborate with global HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues on best practices and process improvements

Maintain accurate candidate and process documentation within applicant tracking systems
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in an international or matrix organization
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise
- Experience sourcing candidates proactively across multiple channels
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and trends
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- A collaborative and inclusive approach, with a strong focus on candidate experience
