About the Role We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller for our corporate brand, supporting our Brand Communications and employer branding initiatives.

You will be responsible for bringing campaigns and creative concepts to life, translating strategic goals into polished, high-quality visual and multimedia assets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works exceptionally well from strategic direction, and can deliver beautifully on-brand assets with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Visual Identity & Design: Design engaging, high-quality visual assets for social media, recruitment marketing campaigns, internal presentations, and company-wide communications.

  • Multimedia & Video Creation: Produce and edit engaging short-form videos, reels, and micro-content optimized for digital and social platforms.

  • Content Integration: Translate provided corporate messaging into visually compelling stories, crafting supportive captions and copy for brand campaigns.

  • Brand Consistency: Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all creative deliverables strictly adhere to established brand guidelines.

  • Collaborative Execution: Partner with internal stakeholders to execute creative requests efficiently, incorporating and applying feedback quickly to refine design outputs.

  • Digital Support: Help execute social media campaigns, monitor community engagement (such as comments and reviews), and assist with basic tracking and reporting.

  • Team Coordination: Support administrative and coordination tasks related to internal communications and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and branded content creation.

  • Industry Context: Background creating content for corporate communications, employer branding, or recruitment marketing campaigns.

  • Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop are required; Premiere Pro is highly preferred).

  • Video Skills: Proven experience with video editing tools, specifically for short-form, high-engagement digital content.

  • Communication: Strong English written communication skills for writing captions and basic copywriting.

  • Office Tech: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically PowerPoint, Word, and Excel).

  • Workstyle: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.

  • Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing social media graphics, short-form video work, and brand or corporate content is required.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience designing content specifically optimized for professional platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, and Indeed.

  • Familiarity with video storytelling techniques and social media engagement trends.

  • Exposure to social media analytics or performance tracking.
