Ads Specialist
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ads Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Shopee, TikTok, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). You will play a key role in driving traffic, increasing product visibility, and improving overall return on ad spend (ROAS) through strategic ad management and performance analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (Shopee, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in advertising platforms such as TikTok Ads Manager, Shopee Ads, and Meta Business Suite
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform policies
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
