IT System Administrator
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
At least 2 years of experience in system administration, infrastructure support, or IT operations.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Experience with backup solutions, monitoring tools, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell Bash).
Understanding of security principles, system hardening, and IT compliance standards.
Must be a good team player with a customer-oriented attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
AWS Certified SysOps Administrator
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
CompTIA Server+ or Linux+
ITIL Foundation (a plus)
