Three Distinctive Highlights
Premium Dry-Aged USDA Prime Steaks
At the heart of the Smith & Wollensky experience lies our signature USDA Prime beef, dry-aged in-house for enhanced tenderness and flavor. This artisanal process, rarely found in the region, elevates every bite and sets a new standard for steak lovers in Manila.

While located on the 2nd floor, the Manila branch delivers an upscale, New York-inspired dining experience through thoughtful interior design-featuring rich wood accents, deep green tones, leather seating, and warm lighting. With an open kitchen, visible dry-aging cabinets, and a curated wine wall, guests are invited into a timeless, immersive space.
