About the role
As a Front Server Waitstaff at Granville Restaurants Philippines, Inc.', you will be a key member of our dynamic hospitality team based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all requests are fulfilled promptly

• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely fashion

• Maintain a clean and organised work area, restocking supplies as needed

• Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints

• Assist with side work such as rolling silverware and setting up the dining area

• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a server, waiter or waitress in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, polite and professional demeanour

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with guests and team members

• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a dynamic environment

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures

• Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and procedures

• A passion for providing an exceptional dining experience
