HOME-BASED RECRUITMENT PARTNER (Permanent Work from Home)

• Vacant Positions Available for this position, immediate hiring

• Permanent Work From Home, Must have their own laptop & internet connection

• No necessary experience needed / open to alll who are willing to be part of recruitment team

• Must be passionate with recruitment / sourcing of applicants

What will you be doing:

• You will help find applicants for various positions

• You will be working alongside with your coach (Sr. Recruiter)

• You will be trained during your first weeks / months

• Your primary goal is to generate / produce hires (you will endorse applicants to the clients we serve, once they hired your referral, it's considered 1 generated hire for you.

• Per hire, your incentive is 3,500 each. Ex: If you have 10 hires, your take home pay is 35,000 (bank transfer) plus bonuses (5k or 10k)

• Monthly communication allowance included in referral incentive

• If you are really good, instead of commission-based of 3,5k per hire, we can absorb you as permanent home-based recruiter with base pay + incentive. 

This position is Commissioned-based (Please do not apply if you are not amenable with this setup). Please see the structure of the mechanics below:

Per Successful Referral:

1st - 2nd hire: Php 3,500

3rd hire: Php 6,000

4th hires onwards: Php 5,000

Before: Php 3,000 + Php 500 Load and Internet Allowance

Sample Computation: Before 3 HIRES 3x 3,000 = Php 9,000 + Php 500 Allowance (TOTAL TAKE HOME: Php 9,500)

Sample Computation: Now 3 HIRES 1st hire = 3,500 / 2nd hire = 3,500 / 3rd hire = 6,000 : Php 13,000 (TOTAL TAKE HOME: Php 13,000)
