Office-Based | Full-Time | ASAP Hiring | Morning Shift | Monday to Friday schedule
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and proven experience preparing accurate project cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for HVAC projects.
Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and contract documents.
Perform material take-offs, labor calculations, and project pricing.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, suppliers, and subcontractors as required.
Ensure all estimates align with project scope, requirements, and client expectations.
Maintain organized documentation of estimates, revisions, and supporting data.
Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HVAC Estimator or in a similar estimating role.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, components, and installation methods.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Experience with estimating software and related tools is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Can start immediately
Willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga.
