Customer Support Specialist (Non-Voice)

Schedule: Shifting

Work set-up: Onsite

Location: Straive Building, Carmelray Park II, Calamba, Laguna (Landmark: Inside Carmelray Industrial Park II, near Nestlé Philippines and Monde Nissin Corporation)

Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day customer service support to customers' needs based on client account services or products.

  • Handles assistance primarily through Email and Chat (Non-Voice).

  • Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.

  • Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.

  • Ensures quality support and customer satisfaction to meet team metrics.

Qualifications:

  • College undergraduate or graduate of any course.

  • Very good English communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Proficient computer navigation skills and comfortable using digital chat platforms.

  • Open to working on-site in Calamba City, Laguna (Shifting schedules).

  • Fresh graduates are highly welcome to apply!
