Operation cum Safety Officer

• Oversee and monitor daily operations, logistics activities, and supply chain processes

• Coordinate delivery schedules, route planning, and production support activities

• Manage inventory monitoring, control, and materials allocation for production requirements

• Process operational documents such as delivery receipts, transaction records, and logistics documentation

• Coordinate with third-party haulers and service providers, including handling industrial, residual, and hazardous waste disposal activities

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations, including DENR, BFP, and other related regulatory requirements

• Assist during regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance assessments

• Monitor workplace safety practices and support implementation of health, safety, and environmental programs

• Prepare operational reports, inventory records, and performance monitoring reports

• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

• Coordinate effectively with internal departments, suppliers, clients, and external partners

• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field

• With experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, and production planning

• Knowledgeable in inventory management, ERP systems, and transaction processing

• Experience in logistics coordination, route planning, and materials allocation

• Familiarity with handling industrial, residual, and hazardous waste through third-party haulers

• Preferably with background as Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and Safety Officer

• Familiar with DENR, BFP, and related regulatory compliance and audits

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for monitoring and report preparation

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
