Warehouse Assistant
Receives and reviews MRIS from departments or customers, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Processes Goods Issue (GI) transactions in the system in a timely and accurate manner.
Prepares and maintains reports related to issued goods and warehouse transactions.
Assists in cycle counts and full inventory audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records.
Locates and issues required materials to support operational and customer needs.
Investigates and resolves discrepancies in issued goods and inventory records.
Organizes and maintains proper filing of documents related to goods issuance and warehouse transactions.
Supports order fulfillment activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of requested items.
Assists in other warehouse functions such as dispatch and inventory control during staff shortages or peak operations.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or its equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficent in Microsoft Office.
