A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE 

We are looking for an Instructional Designer with hands-on experience in Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) to design and develop interactive learning solutions.

You will work closely with Operations, SMEs, and stakeholders to create training programs aligned with business performance and operational goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop eLearning modules using Articulate 360

  • Create storyboards, scripts, and structured learning materials

  • Collaborate with Operations and SMEs to translate business needs into training

  • Develop assessments and evaluate training effectiveness

  • Maintain and update learning content based on business changes

  • Support implementation and continuous improvement initiatives


A Bit About You

  • 1–2 years experience as an Instructional Designer (not purely training or teaching)

  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline or Rise (non-negotiable)

  • Experience building and deploying eLearning modules in an LMS (SCORM)

  • Proven experience creating storyboards and end-to-end learning materials

  • Experience designing eLearning, blended, and facilitator-led training programs

  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles

  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and working knowledge of Excel

  • High attention to detail and quality

  • Strong ownership and learning agility

  • Amenable to full onsite work in Eastwood (with occasional Shaw visits) — dayshift


❗ This role may not be suitable if:

  • Your experience is mainly facilitation, classroom teaching, or training delivery

  • You have not created courses using Articulate or similar tools

  • You prefer a work-from-home or hybrid setup

  • High-quality training materials are developed and maintained in accordance with instructional design standards and branding guidelines.

  • Measurable improvements in learner performance, knowledge retention, quality scores, and Operational KPIs. 

  • Training content remains current, accurate, compliant, and reflective of business process changes. 

  • Strong partnerships established with Training, Operations, Quality, SMEs, and client stakeholders. 

  • Continuous innovation and improvement of learning experiences. 

  • Effective governance and version control of learning assets, curriculum documentation, and knowledge repositories.
