Multimedia Artist (Motion Graphics)
Job Summary
The Multimedia Artist is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing creative visual content that supports the company's marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives. This role combines graphic design, multimedia production, video editing, and digital content creation to effectively communicate brand messages across various platforms. The Multimedia Artist works closely with the Sales and Marketing Team to develop engaging and impactful materials that enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Design & Content Development
Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for digital and print marketing materials.
Develop graphics, illustrations, layouts, and multimedia content for social media, websites, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure all creative outputs are aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Multimedia Production
Produce and edit videos, animations, and other multimedia assets for marketing and corporate communications.
Apply motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, audio enhancements, and other creative elements to improve content quality and engagement.
Manage multimedia projects from concept development to final production.
Marketing Support
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Team in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, event materials, and other promotional assets.
Support the execution of digital marketing initiatives through creative content development.
Project Management & Quality Assurance
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Present design concepts and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine creative outputs.
Ensure all materials are accurate, visually appealing, and production-ready before final release.
Asset Management
Organize and maintain design files, multimedia assets, and project archives.
Stay updated on current design trends, multimedia technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve creative output.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising Arts, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
Experience & Skills
At least 1–2 years of experience as a Multimedia Artist, Graphic Designer, or related role.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, or equivalent design software.
Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, multimedia production, video editing, and motion graphics.
Excellent creativity, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong time management and project coordination skills.
Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing is an advantage.
