Senior Paraplanner | Day 1 HMO | Cebu Office Based Role

Our client is a multi-faceted full service Financial Planning firm with 4 offices in Victoria and Tasmania.

Their priority is the client relationship, allowing them to provide comprehensive advice to their clients throughout all life stages.

Their current team is an eclectic mix of Australian and Philippines professionals, and the team is growing! They have grown to a size where they are seeking an experienced Paraplanner.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Your Responsibilities

• Review advice request and hold confirmation call with your adviser

• Complete pre-SOA rsearch, data collection calls and data entry

• Complete WS and RR including alternatives. Complete Xtools+

• Produce compliant Statement of Advice or Record of Advice

• Quality check your work for errors

To apply for this role you MUST possess ALL of the following attributes:

• You are RG146 qualified

• You have 3+ years' experience as an Australian financial services paraplanner

• You have 3+ years' experience using Xplan software

• You are highly proficient in Xplan included WS, RR and Xtools+

• You are comfortable communicating with your adviser verbally

• You have strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
