HR Admin - Open to Fresh Graduates!
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Admin Associate to support the day-to-day administrative functions of the HR department. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates with previous HR internship experience who are looking to build their career in Human Resources. The successful candidate will assist in employee records management, equipment and SIM card administration, document preparation, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Review incoming resume against a basic, provided checklist of minimum requirements
Encode applicant details into the master recruitment tracking spreadsheet
Check candidate application forms to ensure all mandatory sections, reference contacts, and attachments are complete
Print, collate, and organize physical welcome packets, company policy forms, and paperwork for incoming employees
Sort, label, and file physical and digital employee documents ( IDs, signed contracts, signed job offer) into 201 folders
Input daily updates into the HR database, including completed performance review dates, salary movements, employment movements, etc.
Scan, digitize, and box up paperwork for resigned employees to keep active filing systems clean
Keep the company phone and SIM cards spreadsheet updated with usernames, phone numbers, and deployment status
Assist in tracking physical handovers of company laptops, keys and equipment by securing signatures on accountability forms
Handle routine office tasks including high-volume scanning, photocopying, laminating, and printing
Keep physical file cabinets, storage rooms, and HR forms neatly arranged and easy to find
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Previous HR internship experience is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
