Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our growing Human Resources team. This role plays a key part in strengthening employee relations, driving performance management practices, and ensuring HR policies and processes are implemented consistently within a fast-paced BPO / outsourcing environment.
The Senior HR Generalist serves as a trusted HR partner to leaders and employees while also taking a hands-on role in managing HR operations, including employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, performance management, and compliance with Philippine labor regulations. This role requires someone who can both advise stakeholders and execute HR initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution while ensuring proper due process.
Drive performance management processes, including probationary reviews, regularization, performance improvement plans, and performance-related documentation.
Partner with managers and team leaders to provide HR guidance and ensure consistent application of company policies and labor regulations.
Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, regularization, transfers, and offboarding in compliance with internal policies.
Ensure HR compliance, including preparation of required documentation for labor standards and DOLE-related requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation within the HRIS and personnel files.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive and productive workplace environment.
Perform other HR-related tasks as required to support business operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including onboarding, employee relations, and reporting
Strong, hands-on experience in Employee Relations (ER)
Proven experience in performance management (probationary reviews, disciplinary processes, coaching support)
BPO or outsourcing industry background (required)
Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance
Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-client or project-based environment
Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, shifting schedule)
