PR and Communications Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic PR & Communications Manager to lead our public relations and communications efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the brand’s voice, driving impactful campaigns, building strong media and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships, and ensuring effective communication strategies during both opportunities and crises.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the PR & Communications team to deliver high-impact results.

  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

  • Provide coaching, training, and career development opportunities to nurture talent.

  • Set clear KPIs and performance standards aligned with organizational objectives.

2. Campaign & Product Launch Management
  • Plan and execute integrated PR campaigns and events that amplify product launches and corporate initiatives.

  • Drive creative storytelling across media channels to strengthen brand positioning.

  • Collaborate with creative, digital, and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging.

  • Measure and analyze campaign performance to maximize reach and ROI effectiveness.

3. Strategic KOL & Media Management
  • Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with media and key influencers.

  • Identify and engage relevant partners to amplify brand voice and visibility.

  • Secure consistent and positive media coverage aligned with brand values.

  • Manage press releases, media briefings, interviews, and speaking opportunities.

4. Crisis Communication & Issues Management
  • Act as the first line of communication during crises, protecting and managing the brand’s reputation.

  • Develop proactive crisis communication strategies and response protocols, especially during major campaign and product launches.

  • Ensure transparent, timely, and credible messaging during sensitive situations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or media relations. Experience in the Beauty Industry is a strong plus.

  • Leadership: Proven track record in leading teams, managing campaigns, and handling crisis situations.

  • Network: Strong existing media network and hands-on experience working with KOLs/influencers.

  • Skills: Exceptional project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
