Public Relations Officer I (Writer)
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism or other related field
He/She must have at least 4 hrs. of relevant training
He/She must have at least 1 yr. of relevant experience
Advanced skills in language and communication
Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications and Google tools
Exceptional attention to detail, with ability to work collaboratively and independently
Background in creative writing, newswriting, copywriting and/ or feature writing
Required language(s): English, Filipino

He/She must perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Drafts, edits, and proofreads press releases, advertorials, campaign articles, and feature stories.
Develops written content for the PRA Quarterly Newsletter, website, social media platforms, internal memoranda, and external communication materials.
Transcribes interviews and assists in editorial production.
Participates in interviews, photoshoots, inspections, and campaign monitoring activities.
Coordinates with media providers and other stakeholders.
Supports the development of market studies and strategies as well as the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
Prepares presentation materials and assists in the creation of video content for PRA.
Undertakes official local missions/travel that cannot be performed by or assigned to any other regular/permanent official and/or employee of the Authority, as certified and authorized by the General Manager/CEO, subject to COA Resolution No. 2021-044 and other prevailing laws and government issuances. The personnel shall be entitled to traveling expenses (domestic only) based on the rates and amounts under Executive Order No. 77, Series of 2019.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
