Job Description:
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Director of Business Operations to lead operational excellence, business performance, and organizational growth initiatives across the company.
This is a senior leadership position responsible for identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, optimize business processes, and drive strategic initiatives that support long-term company success. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, strong leader, and strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with hands-on execution.
You will work closely with company leadership to improve operational performance, support business growth, and implement scalable systems and processes that enable teams to perform at their highest level.
Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in business operations, operations management, business strategy, process improvement, consulting, or related leadership roles.
Demonstrated success leading teams, managing strategic projects, and improving organizational performance.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence teams, drive accountability, and align departments around common business goals.
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to evaluate complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Director-level, Head of Operations, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, Strategic Operations, or senior leadership role.
Background in engineering, technical operations, industrial engineering, business analytics, consulting, or related analytical disciplines.
Experience helping organizations scale operations, improve efficiency, and support business growth.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving operations, strategy, sales, recruitment, project management, or business transformation.
Familiarity with process improvement, operational excellence, change management, or business optimization methodologies.
Experience building operational frameworks, performance management systems, and scalable business processes.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership across business functions to improve operational efficiency, organizational performance, and scalability
Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives that support company growth and long-term objectives
Analyze business operations, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement
Lead cross-functional projects involving Operations, Recruitment, Sales, Project Management, and other key departments
Establish and monitor operational metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting to support data-driven decision-making
Identify organizational challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and overall business outcomes
Drive accountability, alignment, and collaboration across teams to ensure successful execution of company priorities
Oversee strategic initiatives from planning through implementation while managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations
Develop and implement scalable processes, systems, and best practices that support business growth and operational excellence
Provide mentorship, coaching, and leadership to managers and team members to foster professional development and high performance
Lead change management initiatives and support organizational adaptation to new processes, technologies, and business priorities
Present recommendations, insights, and operational strategies to leadership based on business analysis and performance trends
Identify opportunities for innovation and introduce new ideas that contribute to sustainable business growth and competitive advantage

Successful candidates for this role will be rewarded with the following benefits:
A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work
Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
* Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
