The responsibilities of a HR Service Delivery Specialist are outlined but not limited to the following:
Responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely HR support operations by managing employee timekeeping processes and overseeing the full lifecycle of HR system–related tickets.
Coordinates closely with employees, approvers, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy, proper issue logging, and efficient resolution of requests—supporting overall data integrity, compliance, and operational reliability across HR services.
Delivers end‑to‑end HR service support across key processes, including onboarding coordination, HMO benefit administration, license tracking and renewals, and HR records management.
Addressing employee inquiries, preparing and validating documentation, and collaborating with HR, TA, IT, and external vendors, the HR Service Delivery Specialist/Sr. Specialist enhances the employee experience and ensures that all HR transactions are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with course work in Psychology or a closely related field.
Must have at least a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Meet deadlines and should have strong analytical skills to troubleshooting existing problems.
Knowledgeable in other HR facet
Preferred:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
Must be willing to work independently or in a team
