The responsibilities of a HR Service Delivery Specialist are outlined but not limited to the following:

• Responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely HR support operations by managing employee timekeeping processes and overseeing the full lifecycle of HR system–related tickets.

• Coordinates closely with employees, approvers, and technical teams to ensure data accuracy, proper issue logging, and efficient resolution of requests—supporting overall data integrity, compliance, and operational reliability across HR services.

• Delivers end‑to‑end HR service support across key processes, including onboarding coordination, HMO benefit administration, license tracking and renewals, and HR records management.

• Addressing employee inquiries, preparing and validating documentation, and collaborating with HR, TA, IT, and external vendors, the HR Service Delivery Specialist/Sr. Specialist enhances the employee experience and ensures that all HR transactions are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with course work in Psychology or a closely related field.

• Must have at least a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

• Meet deadlines and should have strong analytical skills to troubleshooting existing problems.

• Knowledgeable in other HR facet

Preferred:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications

• Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.

• Must be willing to work independently or in a team
