We're looking for experienced Outpatient Medical Coders to join our growing Healthcare BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records and accurately assigning diagnosis and procedure codes to support compliant billing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle operations for US healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Review outpatient medical records and clinical documentation.

• Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes based on coding guidelines and documentation standards.

• Ensure coding accuracy, compliance, and productivity targets are met.

• Identify documentation gaps and communicate coding queries as needed.

• Support claim accuracy and help reduce coding-related denials.

• Participate in quality audits and ongoing coding education programs.

• Stay current with coding updates, payer requirements, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of Outpatient Medical Coding experience.

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding.

• Experience handling US healthcare accounts is preferred.

• Excellent understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and disease processes.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals.

Preferred Certifications

• CPC (Certified Professional Coder)
