Overview:
We are seeking Technical Support Representatives to assist customers with troubleshooting and product-related concerns, either voice and/or chat. If you enjoy problem-solving and guiding people through technical issues, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues.
Escalate complex technical problems to higher support when necessary.
Educate customers on product usage and best practices.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in Technical Support (TSR role required)
Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Patience and problem-solving mindset.
Amenable to work on shifting schedules
Willing to work onsite in Lanang, Davao City
