About the Role
We are hiring a full time, office based Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support a high performing real estate professional.
This is a hybrid role that combines:
Relationship management and prospecting (cold calling, active conversations, follow ups, networking) and real estate operations
This position is strictly office based in Davao City and requires daily in office attendance.
Personality fit, communication maturity, and reliability are more important than prior real estate experience.
Work Setup
Office based in Davao City
Full time (40 hours per week)
Professional office environment
Phone, CRM, and admin focused role
Night shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST)
Key Responsibilities
1. Relationship Management and Prospecting
Engage with the existing database and contact list
Build and maintain professional relationships through phone calls, email, and CRM follow ups
Conduct confident, natural conversations (not scripted sales calls)
Track conversations, notes, and follow up actions accurately
Represent the business professionally at all times
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Requirements
Must be able to work on site in Davao City

Willingness to learn real estate systems and processes
Real estate experience is an advantage but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
