Project Coordinator

In this role, you will bridge the gap between design, construction, and live operations—overseeing everything from initial site evaluations and contractor management to the final setup of our logistics and warehouse hubs. 1. Pre-Construction Phase
Preparation of perspective and initial architectural plan for the hub
Coordinate with 3rd party MEPFS consultant for preparation of technical plans
Assist in evaluating potential warehouse and hub locations (technical requirements/aspects)
Coordinate permits, compliance requirements, and government documentation.
Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and utility providers.
Monitor project budgets, quotations, and procurement timelines.
Creation and improvement of design and construction documentation references
2. Construction Phase
Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to approved plans and schedules.
Coordination with contractors and internal departments
Track project milestones and identify delays or operational risks.
Prepare weekly project status reports.
Conduct quality inspections and manage punch listing activities.
3. Pre-Opening Phase
Coordinate operational setup including racking, refrigeration, workstations, and internet systems, etc.
Ensure all permits, safety clearances, and occupancy requirements are completed.
Coordinate testing and commissioning of equipment and utilities (if needed).
Facilitate turnover from contractors to operations team.
4. Opening Support
Support launch and operational readiness activities.
Ensure complete handover documentation and contractor close-out.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Licensure is a plus, but not required).
1-2 years experience in construction project coordination, retail fit-out, warehouse construction, or logistics hub projects.
Experience handling permits, contractors, suppliers, and fit-out timelines.
Can read and interpret construction, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical plans.
Knowledgeable in budget monitoring, scheduling, and project documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and project coordination tools.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and fast-track projects under pressure.
AutoCAD/CAD proficient
