We need an HRBP ASAP. Individual Contributor and will not handle a team, at least for now
Salary we can offer is up to 70K based on experience
1. At least 3 years experience in the different fields of HR, preferably with employee relations, recruitment, training and compensation and benefits exposure.
2. Ability to craft and analyze data to influence decision-making.
3. Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including Philippine labor and employment laws.
