About the role

We are seeking a Call Center Blended Non Voice Account (Wave 1) Bridgetowne Site professional to join the team at Augustin International Center, Inc. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be part of our dynamic customer service operation, handling both voice and non-voice communications to deliver exceptional support to our clients. This position is strategic to our customer service delivery model, as you will be contributing to seamless customer interactions across multiple communication channels whilst maintaining our high standards of service excellence.

Key responsibilities

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

  2. Manage non-voice communications including emails, chat, and other digital channels to respond to customer requests in a timely manner

  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company's database systems

  4. Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with quality and service standards

  5. Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction

  6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet department targets and goals

  7. Demonstrate strong product knowledge to provide accurate information and support to customers

  8. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments whilst keeping customers informed throughout the resolution process


What we're looking for

  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification as a minimum educational requirement

  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers from diverse backgrounds

  3. Proficiency in using computer systems, databases, and customer relationship management (CRM) software

  4. Excellent multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously

  5. Customer-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for delivering high-quality service

  6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  7. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing customer concerns

  8. Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to consistent attendance

  9. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required by business operations

  10. Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate
