Maintenance and Facilities Engineer (KKM WORKS, INC.)
Ensure smooth manufacturing operations by setting up, maintaining, and repairing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain consistent production output.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with cleanroom protocols, ESD standards, environmental regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
Adhere to quality and safety systems, including QMS, EHS, and IATF standards, while maintaining accurate documentation of all maintenance activities.
Support equipment installation and participate in internal, customer, and third-party audits to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
Manage maintenance resources effectively, including spare parts inventory, while contributing to cost reduction initiatives.
Provide training and guidance to new technicians, and recommend process or equipment improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and productivity.
Actively engage in health, safety, and environmental programs, promptly report hazards, and remain adaptable to additional assignments as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Licensed Mechanical Engineer (required)
At least 1 year of experience in equipment or facilities maintenance in a manufacturing environment (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
