We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to support finance operations for one of our clients in the utilities industry. The ideal candidate has experience in administrative and finance-related functions, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and update SAP invoice details for payment processing.
Monitor payment status and resolve unpaid or rejected invoices.
Prepare BIR Form 2307 for invoices.
Coordinate with Treasury regarding payment concerns and reconciliations.
Monitor checks released to incorrect branches and facilitate resolution.
Investigate and resolve payment errors and employee credit issues.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Support finance operations and reporting requirements as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
At least 1β2 years of experience in administrative, finance, accounts payable, or customer relations roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills, particularly in coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience working in a high-volume environment is preferred.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Payroll Administration and Management β ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.
Outsourcing/Shared Service Model β ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).
Staffing Services β ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
