Business Development and B2B Sales Manager

Rebel Bakehouse is looking for a Business Development and B2B Sales Manager for Quezon City branch with the following responsibilities:

This role carries a dual revenue mandate focused on aggressively scaling two critical revenue channels for Rebel Bakehouse under Rogue Food and Beverages Inc.. While you will be primarily stationed at our Maginhawa, Quezon City branch, you will also be required to report and coordinate across all branches of Rebel (including Irisan, Cathedral/CBD, and CJH) to ensure operational alignment and unified growth.

1. B2B Supply Program

  • Build and maintain a live CRM pipeline tracking leads, qualified prospects, proposals sent, and contracts signed per quarter.

  • Grow and manage the B2B sales pipeline targeting hotels, cafes, restaurants, co-working spaces, corporate accounts, and institutional clients.

  • Achieve a lead-to-signed-contract conversion rate of at least 30% across all B2B prospects by Year 2.

  • Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance summaries as required by the CEO.

2. Rebel Mini Kiosk (Small Store Concept)

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new kiosk expansion locations including malls, airports, universities, lifestyle hubs, and high-foot-traffic areas.

  • Pilot the first Rebel Mini with clear success criteria and validate unit economics before recommending scale.

  • Maintain a per-unit payback period of 18 months or less and a minimum 20% EBITDA margin per kiosk.

  • Use the Mini format to enter new geographic markets outside Rebel’s current Baguio-Manila footprint (Target markets: Cebu, Davao, Clark/Pampanga, and Iloilo).

3. Events & Brand Development

  • Generate leads and close bookings for events (weddings, corporate gatherings, birthdays) requiring Rebel coffee cart services.

  • Build and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

  • Represent Rebel Bakehouse at trade events, expos, and networking opportunities.

4. Portfolio Integration

  • Own a combined dashboard reporting B2B % and Mini % alongside total company revenue, visible to the CEO and board quarterly.

  • Achieve a combined channel contribution of 25% by the end of Year 1, scaling to 50% of a ₱300M revenue target by Year 5.
