Social Media Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Platform Growth: Manage and scale our presence across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to increase brand exposure and engagement.
Content Creation: Conceptualize, plan, and produce localized content, including short-form videos, trending posts, and brand storytelling tailored for the Filipino audience.
Social Media Management: Develop content schedules and ensure the consistent posting of high-quality, engaging material.
KOL & Influencer Management: Build and maintain a robust network of Filipino KOLs/KOCs; spearhead collaborations and drive creator-led brand growth.
Campaign Execution: Lead influencer marketing campaigns with a focus on traffic quality, performance metrics, and sales conversion.
Community Engagement: Actively monitor engagement, respond to comments, and manage direct messages to foster a loyal community.
Collaboration: Work closely with Content, Design, and Advertising teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign success.
Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and analyze local trends to provide strategic, data-backed recommendations.
