About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at our Makati City, Metro Manila location on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position within our organization, responsible for overseeing and optimizing day-to-day operations across our manufacturing, transport and logistics functions. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support the company's growth objectives. You will be instrumental in bridging management strategy with frontline execution, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

  1. Oversee and manage daily operational activities across manufacturing, transport and logistics functions to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

  2. Develop, implement and monitor operational policies, procedures and best practices to optimise productivity and cost-effectiveness

  3. Supervise and lead operational teams, providing coaching, mentoring and performance management to achieve departmental objectives

  4. Manage inventory, supply chain and logistics operations to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource allocation

  5. Monitor quality standards and compliance requirements, implementing corrective actions where necessary

  6. Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, developing and executing improvement initiatives

  7. Prepare and maintain operational reports, performance metrics and dashboards for senior management review

  8. Liaise with other departments including production, sales and finance to ensure coordinated operations

  9. Manage budgets and control operational expenditure whilst maintaining service quality

  10. Ensure health and safety compliance and promote a culture of workplace safety across all operations


What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3+ years of operations management experience in Food and Beverage industry or Restaurant.

  2. Proven track record of successfully managing operational teams and achieving performance targets

  3. Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control and logistics operations

  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on process improvement and cost optimisation

  5. Proficiency in using operations management systems and relevant software applications

  6. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to generate and present operational insights

  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all organisational levels

  8. Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and compliance standards

  9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

  10. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
