Role Overview:  

The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, development, implementation, facilitation, and continuous improvement of organizational learning and development initiatives across Skyro.  

The role supports employee capability development through onboarding, leadership development, coaching, behavioral training, and other organizational learning initiatives aligned with business and organizational priorities.  

The position also assists in curriculum design, stakeholder coordination, learning evaluation, and implementation of employee development programs to strengthen organizational effectiveness and learning culture. 


Responsibilities: 

Organizational Learning & Capability Development  

  • Develop and update facilitator guides, presentation decks, learning activities, assessments, learning journeys, and developmental materials aligned with OD-L&D initiatives.  

  • Apply instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies, and frameworks such as the ADDIE Model in developing structured, engaging, and learner-centered programs aligned with organizational capability needs.   

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and subject matter experts for learning content alignment and validation.  

 Facilitation & Learning Delivery  

  • Facilitate onboarding sessions, behavioral skills training, leadership development workshops, coaching sessions, and other learning interventions.  

  • Deliver engaging and learner-centered facilitation using interactive learning approaches.  

  • Support learner engagement and learning transfer activities.   

Stakeholder Coordination & Partnership  

  • Coordinate with department heads, team leaders, HR teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders regarding learning and organizational development requirements.  

  • Build collaborative partnerships to support implementation of OD-L&D initiatives.  

  • Assist in aligning learning interventions with organizational priorities and business needs.  

Program Implementation & Operational Support  

  • Support implementation and continuous improvement of onboarding, coaching, management trainee, and leadership development programs. 

  • Monitor program schedules, participant progress, attendance, feedback, and completion requirements.  

  • Ensure readiness of learning materials, facilitation requirements, and program documentation.   

Learning Evaluation & Continuous Improvement  

  • Consolidate learner feedback, training assessment, evaluation results, participation data, and learning insights.  

  • Recommend improvements in facilitation, curriculum design, learning experience, and program implementation.  

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning effectiveness and employee development outcomes.  


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Education, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.  

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development 

  • Experience in curriculum design, facilitation, onboarding programs, leadership development, coaching initiatives, or employee capability-building programs is preferred.  

  • Experience in financial services, lending, operations, or sales is an advantage.  

  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and learner engagement skills.  

  • Strong instructional design and curriculum development capability.  

  • Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and collaboration skills.  

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and learning initiatives simultaneously.  

  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and learning evaluation practices.  

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentation tools, Canva, and virtual learning platforms.  

  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, creativity, and attention to detail. 

  • Relevant certifications or trainings in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Facilitation, Organizational Development, Leadership Development, Coaching, or related fields are an advantage.
