Workflow and Automation Specialist (NCR Area)

  • Familiarity with ClickUp and GitHub is an advantage

About the Role

Join an Australian project management consultancy and help improve business processes through automation, system integration, and data management. You'll build workflows, connect tools, and create solutions that make daily operations more efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance automated workflows

  • Integrate systems and applications using APIs

  • Manage and organize business data

  • Use Power Automate and SharePoint to streamline processes

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks

  • Support teams in improving operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience

  • Hands-on automation and integration experience

  • Strong JavaScript and problem-solving skills

  • Detail-oriented and able to translate business needs into practical solutions

  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, APIs, and workflow automation platforms
