Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary:
The Recruitment Supervisor leads end-to-end recruitment for support roles. This role ensures timely manpower fulfillment across corporate and store functions, strengthens employer branding, and delivers a smooth onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for corporate/support roles (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Supply Chain)
Support high-volume recruitment for store operations, including hiring activities and preparation of job offers and contracts
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and ensure timely hiring
Manage and monitor Personnel Requisition Forms (PRFs), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and proper tracking
Conduct initial interviews, screening, and candidate endorsements aligned with role requirements
Facilitate onboarding and new hire orientation for support employees, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Maintain and update employee data through HRIS encoding and documentation
Generate and present recruitment reports and hiring updates
Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives such as job caravans, and campus partnerships
Handle employee concerns and basic employee relations matters, escalating complex issues when necessary
Perform other HR and administrative tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in F&B, retail, or service industry
Experience handling fast-paced recruitment environments
Knowledge in HRIS and recruitment tracking systems
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
