Logistics Assistant

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Assistant to support daily logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating shipments, managing inventory records, preparing logistics documentation, and ensuring the smooth movement of goods throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Prepare and process shipping, receiving, and customs documentation.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control activities.

• Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and warehouse personnel.

• Update logistics records, databases, and tracking systems.

• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and delivery issues.

• Assist in scheduling deliveries and transportation routes.

• Generate reports on inventory, shipments, and logistics performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.

• Support warehouse and procurement teams as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping, or supply chain operations preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and Zoho.

• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
