Aircon Technician - Chilled water
Job Description
Installs, maintains, and repairs ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment.
Diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Executes risk-based maintenance on systems and equipment.
Cleans, adjusts, and repairs systems and executes warranty services.
Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Provides technical direction and on-the-job trainings.
Keeps daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Complies with service and safety standards and work instructions.
Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate head.
Qualifications
Vocational course graduate
with NC-II in RAC Servicing; or
with minimum 6 months of experience in RAC repair and maintenance.
Fresh graduates of BS in Industrial Technology or Engineering Technology are welcome to apply.
Proficient in balancing air and water treatment systems in line with HVAC protocols.
Ability to communicate clearly in verbal & writing form and proficient in reading work plans.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, mostly night shift for preventive maintenance program execution.
Able to work in confined spaces.
Willing to travel to various Café Mary Grace locations or report to our manufacturing plant.
Willing to report 6 days a week at our Head Office in San Martin de Porres, Paranaque City, Metro Manila.
Able to start as soon as possible.
