About the role

Trevi Foundations Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced HSE Officer 3 to join our team in Metro Manila. As a key member of our Construction HSE department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and environmental compliance across our operations. This is a full-time position offering excellent opportunities for professional development and growth.

What you'll be doing

• Implementing and monitoring comprehensive health, safety and environmental management systems

• Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies to eliminate or control workplace hazards

• Providing training and guidance to employees on safety protocols and best practices

• Investigating incidents and near misses, and recommending corrective actions

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

• Collaborating with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into day-to-day operations

• Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an HSE Officer 3 or in a similar role within the construction industry

• Bachelor Degree holder

• Sound understanding of health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices

• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations and root cause analysis

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Relevant certifications or qualifications in occupational health and safety, or environmental management
