Channel/Customer Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own channel and account strategies aligned with business objectives and Jobs-To-Be-Done (JTBD).

  • Lead category planning and secure approval of Category Plans, including investment (CPP), offtake targets, Turnover, CPP%, and Risks & Opportunities in alignment with Latest Estimate.

  • Drive category reviews and establish category captaincy with key customers to strengthen strategic partnerships.

  • Lead pre-JBP and JBP discussions with customers.

  • Provide key inputs into deployment plans across projects.

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify risks and opportunities, including SOS, SOA, distribution gaps, and execution fundamentals, and translate insights into actionable brand-level initiatives.

  • Define and implement customer-specific account themes at a single-category level.

  • Manage portfolio strategy to optimize performance and growth.

  • Co-own assortment planning and review across formats and clusters to ensure relevance and efficiency.

Brand / Project Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellence in operational execution and end-to-end network delivery.

  • Drive effective rotation and deployment of projects and NPD into the most relevant channels within the first three months, based on channel relevance, traffic potential, and optimization frameworks (e.g., category/channel champions).

  • Manage the transition of initiatives not under active project governance.

  • Lead monthly demand planning processes to ensure alignment with business targets.

  • Consolidate Activity Review inputs within the category to support baseline S&OP planning.

  • Integrate demand plans into pre-S&OP processes, ensuring clear identification of gaps and opportunities.

  • Conduct regular market visits and shopper observations (including mystery shopping) to generate actionable insights and improve in-store execution.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in job related field.

  • At least 5 years of trade marketing, category analyst and FMCG environment experiences.

  • Experience in beauty industry/company/channel is a plus.

  • Candidate from market research also welcome to apply.

  • Ability to analyze large amounts of data.

  • Excellent in English and Thai.

  • Good in presentation and negotiation.
