Quality Assurance Officer
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that the established quality objectives are achieved.
Checking of fines, PDI of finished feeds, retrievals, full fat, coco-oil and other raw materials used for feeds production.
Ensure that the quality of finished product and raw materials are in the set standards.
Ensure that all samples/ samplings were made and brought to the laboratory for tests/ analysis.
Implement quality control programs.
Working and coordinating with other department to implement the company’s policies and goals.
Check and update weekly progress and daily reports and monitoring.
Check the cleanliness and sanitation of the warehouse and other working areas.
Ensure efficient operations and safe working environment.
Resolve issues with tact and discretion. .
Assist in training new supervisory trainees.
Other duties as assigned.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Must be a graduate of BS Chem, Chem Engr. or any Agriculture courses
Experience : With atleat 1 year experience in the manufacturing industry as QA or
Quality Control
Special Skills : Must be computer literate.
