Admin Operations Staff

The Admin Operations Officer is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the business. This role involves scheduling, coordination with the Operations Department, document management, reporting, and assisting in the execution of daily operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, site visits, and appointments for the Operations team.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Administration and Operations Departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of operational projects, events, and company activities.

  • Process and monitor administrative requests, including procurement, logistics, and facility-related concerns.

  • Maintain records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

  • Generate regular reports and provide updates on operational status, schedules, and pending tasks.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and transportation requirements when necessary.

  • Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

  • Handle incoming inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel.

  • Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in scheduling, coordination, and report preparation is an advantage.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Administration and Operations Departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Work details:

  • Banawe, Quezon

  • Monday to Saturday

  • 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
