Restaurant Manager (Mandarin/Chinese Speaking Preferred)
Job Location: Pacific Centre, Binondo
Manages the overall restaurant operations including the achievement of sales, profit, and quality targets and at the same time, motivates, and builds team capability.
What you will be doing:
Plans programs and strategies and directs overall operations to promote customer goodwill and achieve the sales target of the restaurant on a monthly and yearly basis.
Ensures that all system wide programs and initiatives are properly implemented
Conducts monthly operational audit (People, Quality, Process)
Monitors employee performance and ensures standard procedures for service and company policies are being adhered to.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or any related field
With at least 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a supervisory/managerial role in the F&B industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven ability to drive sales and achieve financial targets
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, food safety, and quality standards
Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Ability to communicate in Mandarin/Chinese is an advantage, particularly in serving and engaging with a diverse customer base
