Logistic Staff
The Logistics Staff coordinates and monitors the transportation, receipt, storage, and delivery of products. They help ensure that inventory levels are accurate, shipments are processed on time, and logistics activities comply with company policies and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and delivery receipts.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
Track deliveries and follow up on shipment status.
Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and customers.
Assist in scheduling deliveries and pickups.
Verify received goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Maintain logistics databases and filing systems.
Resolve delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety regulations.
