About the Role
We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to bring fresh eyes and a systems-thinking mindset to our Technical Services Department (TSD). In this role, you won't just be doing administrative work—you’ll be the operational engine keeping our training programs, facilities, and logistics running flawlessly.

What You’ll Do:
Logistics & Training Support: Own the trainee journey by coordinating registration, accommodation, transport, and classroom schedules. Support Training Specialists with data and materials.
Operations Coordination: Map out and manage daily work assignments for drivers and facility staff to keep the department moving smoothly.
Facility & HR Liaison: Support the Facility Manager with permits and handle the accurate tracking of team attendance and overtime with HR.
Smart Documentation: Draft, organize, and distribute key reports, certificates, and memos while answering inquiries with a professional touch.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a Business course with an eye for processes.
Fresh graduates eager to learn or individuals with 1–2 years of admin/operations experience.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel is your friend) with top-notch multitasking and time-management skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and always looking for a better way to get things done.
