Sales Director (Out of home - OOH/ Digital Media)
Job Responsibilities
Drive aggressive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive hunting, pipeline development, and deal closing.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, emerging markets, and untapped segments with a hunter’s mindset.
Present accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and expense analyses to senior management on a regular basis.
Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets while fostering a high-performance, results-oriented culture.
Own the full talent lifecycle, Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and growth mindset within the team.
Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and structured feedback to elevate team capability and resilience.
Act as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
Stay informed on new products, media innovations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sales experience in advertising media, digital/online media, or out-of-home (OOH) media.
Proven track record as a media sales manager or sales director with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Established client network and the ability to leverage existing relationships to generate immediate business impact.
Hunter mentality – proactive, relentless in prospecting, and driven by new business acquisition and revenue growth.
Result-oriented mindset – a strong bias for action and outcomes, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results.
