Job Responsibilities

  • Drive aggressive revenue growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets through proactive hunting, pipeline development, and deal closing.

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, emerging markets, and untapped segments with a hunter’s mindset.

  • Present accurate sales forecasts, revenue reports, and expense analyses to senior management on a regular basis.

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets while fostering a high-performance, results-oriented culture.

  • Own the full talent lifecycle, Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and growth mindset within the team.

  • Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and structured feedback to elevate team capability and resilience.

  • Act as a trusted advisor and senior point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.

  • Stay informed on new products, media innovations, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive sales experience in advertising media, digital/online media, or out-of-home (OOH) media.

  • Proven track record as a media sales manager or sales director with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

  • Established client network and the ability to leverage existing relationships to generate immediate business impact.

  • Hunter mentality – proactive, relentless in prospecting, and driven by new business acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Result-oriented mindset – a strong bias for action and outcomes, with the ability to translate strategy into measurable results.
