Recruitment Marketing & Creative Support Intern
The Recruitment Marketing & Creative Support Intern assists in attracting potential candidates and supporting the company's marketing and event activities. This role combines recruitment, social media engagement, content creation, and event documentation, providing students with hands-on experience in marketing, recruitment, and creative production.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage potential candidates through social media platforms, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Post and update job advertisements and recruitment-related content.
Conduct initial applicant screening and assist in coordinating interviews and recruitment activities.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment records.
Respond to applicant inquiries and support recruitment campaigns.
Document company events through photos, videos, attendance records, and other materials.
Create and edit basic photo and video content for social media, presentations, and promotional materials.
Assist in developing creative content and marketing materials for recruitment and branding initiatives.
Research current trends and generate ideas for social media, recruitment, and marketing campaigns.
Provide administrative and creative support to the Recruitment, Marketing, and Events teams.
