REFRIGERATOR & AIRCON TECHNICIANS

Job Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair air-conditioning and refrigeration units.

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of cooling systems.

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and provide appropriate solutions.

• Conduct field service visits and in-house repair activities.

• Ensure all service work complies with safety and quality standards.

• Prepare service reports and document completed repairs.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.

Qualifications

✅ Graduate of a 2- to 3-year course in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology or TESDA graduate with NC II Certificate
✅ With relevant experience in refrigeration and air-conditioning repair and maintenance
✅ Preferably with a valid driver's license and able to drive a motorcycle
✅ Willing to perform both in-house and field service work
✅ Knowledgeable in troubleshooting refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
✅ Responsible, customer-oriented, and willing to travel when required
